He has experience in tax disputes having advised several clients on tax disputes including World Wide Movers Ltd, The Uganda Safaris Ltd, fine Spinners Uganda Ltd, SBI international Holdings AG (Uganda), Reynolds Construction Company (N) Ltd among others.

December 2014, he advised Reynolds Construction Company and SBI Int’l Holdings AG (U) in connection with the contract for the Upgrading Of Mukono-Kyetume-Katosi/Kisoga-Nyenga Road Project –approx. US $ 78 million

December 2021, He successfully represented SBI Int’l Holdings AG (U) (SBI) in an Adjudication of a Claim against the Uganda National Roads Authority in relation to the Civil works for Upgrading the Mukono-Kyetume-Katosi Kisoga-Nyenga Road Project wherein SBI was awarded the sum of approximately US $ 1,500,000.
December 2019, He successfully represented SBI Int’l Holdings AG (U) (SBI) in an Adjudication of a Claim against the Uganda National Roads Authority in relation to the Design and Build Contract for Strengthening/Rehabilitation of Malaba/Busia-Bugiri Road Project wherein SBI was awarded the sum of approximately US $ 400,000.
December 2018, He successfully advised and negotiated an arbitration claim in an amicable settlement for SBI Int’l Holdings AG (U) (SBI) for the construction of the Kikagati Hydro Power Project- wherein SBI was awarded approx US $ 2,500,000.
October 2018, He successfully advised and negotiated a claim in an amicable settlement for Reynolds Construction Company (RCC) for Construction of the Mbarara-Ntungamo-Katuna Road Section of the Northern Corridor; Lot 2 Road Project, wherein RCC was awarded approx- US $ 1,000,000.
August 2017, He successfully advised and negotiated a variation Claim for Consultancy Services by SBI Int’l Holdings AG (U) (SBI) for the Design and Supervision of the Lubowa Housing Project- wherein SBI was awarded approx US $ 700,000.
